  • How can I prepare for my appointment?
Preparing for an appointment prior to your treatment can help ensure a smooth and successful experience. Here are some general tips for clients to consider: Consultation: Familiarise yourself with the treatment you're scheduled for. If you have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to discuss them with us during the consultation. Avoid Blood-Thinning Medications: If possible, refrain from taking blood-thinning medications or supplements like aspirin, ibuprofen, or certain herbal supplements. These can increase the risk of bruising or bleeding at the injection site. Arrive with a Clean Face: Come to the appointment with clean, makeup-free skin. This helps ensure that the treatment area is free of any residue that might interfere with the procedure. Plan for Downtime: Depending on the treatment, there may be some initial redness or swelling. Consider scheduling treatments when you can allow for a bit of downtime afterward. This is particularly the case with Obagi peels. Communicate Medical History: Be transparent about your medical history, including any allergies, previous cosmetic procedures, or medical conditions. This information is vital for ensuring your safety during the treatment. Stay Hydrated: Proper hydration can contribute to healthy skin. Drinking water in the days leading up to your appointment can be beneficial. Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: Limiting alcohol and caffeine intake in the days leading up to your appointment can help reduce the risk of bruising. Avoid Sun Exposure: Exposure to direct sunlight can increase the risk of complications. Try to avoid prolonged sun exposure, and if you must be outside, use sunscreen. Arrive On Time: Arriving punctually for your appointment ensures that you have enough time for any necessary paperwork or consultations before the treatment.
  • Can I receive treatments if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We advise against treatments whilst you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is generally recommended to avoid Botox and other elective cosmetic treatments during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. While Botox has not been proven to have harmful effects on developing fetuses or infants, there is limited research available on its safety in these situations. Additionally, we choose to exercise caution and prefer to err on the side of safety by advising against such treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding to minimise any potential risks, even if they are considered low. Always communicate openly with us about any concerns or questions you may have regarding aesthetic treatments during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • What are the payment options?
For treatments, we accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and other forms of credit cards or cash. For payment of Obagi products purchased online, unfortunately we can only accept PayPal - this is due to our website host limiting payment options as we are a medical facility.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
We don't require a deposit. We do however, require a valid phone number so that we can text you a week before your appointment for confirmation.
  • Do you fix work done by other clinics?
We frequently address concerns stemming from treatments performed by other clinics or practitioners. This may involve rebalancing areas that were improperly treated or, in some cases, safely dissolving poorly placed and overfilled fillers. Dr. Tong is one of the few doctors in Ireland with expertise in filler dissolution. We believe you shouldn't feel confined by less-than-ideal work from previous aesthetic procedures. You deserve to achieve a beautifully enhanced and natural appearance.
  • Can I combine treatments?
Yes, our treatments can often be combined with other non-surgical cosmetic procedures to achieve comprehensive facial rejuvenation. At your initial consultation with either Dr. Tong or Natalie, they will listen to your needs and facial goals and together come up with a treatment plan.
  • How much do your treatments cost?
By clicking on our ‘Pricing’ page you can access our prices for all of our treatments. If there are any that you cannot find, you are welcome to call us and we will be happy to assist.
  • Can men get treatment?
